Over recent years our business and work load has increased dramatically.
Over two years ago we employed Mike McSharry of Systems & Education Limited to help provide and set up out IT Business Solutions.
Our ever increasing work load, busy time schedules and day to day strains of driving means the majority of work was being carried out at home.
Systems and Education Limited presented and installed a system where I can work off or online, backing up important documents from remote access.
This backing up of documents led Mike McSharry to realise my work continually was generating new documents often writing quotations from scratch.
Mike and Nickie introduced me to ‘Building Blocks / Quick Parts and Vista’.
My work load although still busy has reduced my time in half compiling an average quotation that normally takes anything from 1 to 2 hours in half.
Quotation Presentation and Consistency has also improved and BMS Limited are now considering adopting this practice throughout the Service and Contracting departments.
